For anyone who has already reviewed the document on Discord, this version contains NO differences beyond format improvements which IN NO WAY alter the intent or meaning of the proposal. It is also understood with this vote that Chapter XIV concerning the Interplanetary Court of Justice, as well as perhaps some more minute areas of the proposal as may be uncovered by Council Members in the future, still require definition for effective implementation which may be applied via the provisions in Chapter XVIII on amendments. This vote will remain open until until ISO 2023.07.21, UTC 23:59:59 after which any new votes may be rejected!
